Firstly a mold is made according to our design. The molded material is then stamped out and polished. The pins are plated with a finishing colour. Before packing the pins are quality checked and shipped.

The material of the pins is always shown at the additional information on the product page. Often the pins are made of anodized zinc alloy.

Theme parks are buying pins in bigger quantities then we do. The manufacturing costs of the molds are devided over less pins. However we work with renowned partners that can provide us with the quality of merchandise we like to sell you.

If the product(s) you ordered are in stock, we will try to ship within one week. If (one of) the products you ordered is a pre-order, the products will be shipped once the pre-ordered product is in stock.

If your product is shipped to an adress in the Netherlands, it will often be delivered within 48 hours after leaving our warehouse. Shipping to other countries can take up to 2 weeks. If your order doesn’t get delivered in time, always contact us and we will update you about the status of your order.

It is sometimes possible to pick up your order. Just like many of our customers we are often in and near theme parks. If you contact us, it is possible to try and find a date to pick up your order. Be aware that it is not always possible to pick up products so contact us before you place the order!

Yes! We are having a lot of ideas on what to create in the future but we don’t have enough capacity to create all the designs ourselves. If you have ideas or designs yourself and would like to see them become a reality, don’t bother to get in touch. It is possible to get your designed merchandise in return for your design!
