Our online store is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal information that you for our services service to us, are shared with this party. We purchase web hosting and email services from sixft.nl. Sixft.nl processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Sixft.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Sixft.nl is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
1.3. Email traffic
We use the services of sixft.nl for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Sixft.nl has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic as confidential.
1.4. WooCommerce Hosting
Our store is developed with software from WooCommerce, we have chosen for our web hosting for sixft.nl. Personal information that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Sixft.nl has access to your information to provide us (technical) support

2. Payment providers
2.1. Mollie Payments
For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the further improve its services and, in this context, share (anonymized) data with third parties. All of the above guarantees regarding the protection of your personal data are also applicable to those parts of Mollie’s services for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data for no longer than is permitted under the statutory periods.
3. Shipping
3.1. PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to get your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with PostNL. PostNL uses this information solely for the purpose of performance of the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties as well.
4. Purpose of data processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing.
